1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible orders.

If you have tried The Honest Roots product for 30 days after delivery and do not feel a noticeable difference, you may request a refund — no questions asked.

Eligible Orders

The guarantee is applicable only on:

• First-time purchases per product
• Single-product orders
• 100% prepaid orders only

What’s Covered

• You may open and use the product
• No return shipment is required
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method

What’s Not Covered

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• COD orders are not eligible for the 30-day guarantee
• Combo packs, subscription orders, and repeat purchases of the same SKU are not eligible
• Requests made after 30 days from delivery date cannot be processed

How To Claim

Please email us at support@thehonestroots.in within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A brief note on your experience
• A picture of the opened product

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

2. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product,
• An incorrect item,

• missing item, or
  

• tampered package,

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thehonestroots.in with:

• your order number, and

• clear photographs/videos of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Prepaid RTO (Return-to-Origin) Refunds

If a prepaid order is returned to us due to:

• delivery failure,

• customer unavailability,

• incorrect address,

• or shipment rejection.

the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

Once the shipment is confirmed as RTO by our logistics partner, the refund for prepaid orders will be initiated within 24 hours of notifying the customer.

Refund timelines after initiation may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note, shipping charges (as per your order details) will be deducted from the refund amount.
