Refund policy

1. Returns
We are confident that you will love our product, but if you don't, we want to make sure that you are not dissatisfied. You may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery. 2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your 100% refund (excluding shipping cost) within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products, and items marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
We are sorry if you received damaged or incorrect product. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us on support@thehonestroots.in within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please include your order number in your email.
