Shipping policy

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timelines

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 4–7 business days across India.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above INR 999.
• A shipping fee of INR 50 will be applicable on orders below INR 999.

3. Order Processing and Confirmation

• Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp.
• A separate notification will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, order confirmation is required through WhatsApp before processing.

4. Packaging and Delivery

• All products are quality-checked and securely packaged before dispatch.
• Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order at the earliest possible time.
• In case of any delivery issues or unreachable addresses, the delivery partner may contact you directly through WhatsApp / Message / Email / IVR.
• Please note that in case the delivery partner is not able to contact you for delivery after 3 attempts, the package will be returned back to us. In such case, WhatsApp or Email confirmation will be needed from you to reship the product.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details and shipment updates will be shared via email and/or WhatsApp.

6. International Shipping

• Currently, The Honest Roots ships only within India.
